Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to info@thewellnessshop.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

If the product is rejected at the final destination then it will be discarded. No refund will be initiated for rejected products.

There is NO REFUND POLICY once product is shipped.

In case of rare occasions where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at info@thewellnessshop.in within 24 hours of delivery and our team will assist you with a replacement within 30 days.

Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.

No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations.

We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.
