Refund & Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy 
  • Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to info@thewellnessshop.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be canceled under any circumstances. 

  • If the product is rejected at the final destination then it will be discarded. No refund will be initiated for rejected products.

Return Policy

  • There is NO REFUND POLICY once product is shipped.

  • In case of rare occasions where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at info@thewellnessshop.in within 24 hours of delivery and our team will assist you with a replacement within 30 days.

  • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.

  • No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. 

  • We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.

  • This policy is applicable for all the products under the brand name “The Wellness Shop”.

Out of stock Items 

  • We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please recheck availability on a later date.

  • If any particular item goes out of stock, after you’ve placed an order, a refund will be initiated in 30 days. If the item is restocked, it will be shipped to you in 30 days.
