Shipping policy


All products are shipped directly from our warehouse based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with quicker deliveries.

  • While receiving the order, the proof of delivery should be signed. If you are not available to collect the order, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

  • The Wellness Shop takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

  • The discount is not applicable on shipping charges, combos, or any ongoing offers. Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes or discount codes are applicable only on the products. 

  • For domestic orders both prepaid and COD options are available.

  • For international delivery we do not offer Cash On Delivery. Only prepaid orders will be acceptable.

Domestic Delivery

  • Normally, it would take us up to 7 business days to deliver across India. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season. Other external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay.

  • We offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders.

  • All shipments will be delivered between Monday - Saturday from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

  • You can cancel your PREPAID order by sending us an email at info@thewellnessshop.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • In case of a damaged product, email us at info@thewellnessshop.in within 2 working of receiving the package.

International Delivery

  • We take 8 - 12 business days for International deliveries. In rare cases, this may take a little longer if there is a festive season, farther location, other external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay.

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders value above $80.

  • For order value less than $80 a shipping charge of $10 has to be paid separately. Note: This charge may vary according to your location & other external factors.

  • Shipping and handling charges may vary based on:

    • Location 

    • Product

    • Packaging

    • Size

    • Volume

    • Type

    • Other Factors

  • International deliveries may be subject to the CUSTOM DUTIES that the customer will have to pay for receiving the package. We only charge shipping fees and NOT  FOR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE / IMPORT DUTY / OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

  • Once the shipment arrives in the DESTINATION Country and the customer refuses to pay the liable Customs charge, the package will be destroyed, and The Wellness Shop will not be responsible. 

  • Orders once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
